Shipping Policy:
Following are the key shipping policies of Bold Street, these policies remain the same and only exception will be a natural clamity, a state of emergency or any other restrictions imposed by the government.
Your shipment will be delivered in 4-6 working days if the destination is inside Pakistan. The order can be delayed in case of public holidays.
In case of international shipment the order will be delivered within 10-15 days and once the shipment leaves our warehouse after the shipping charges and the price of product has been paid, any other charges i.e. custom duty will be paid by the customer. The order can be delayed in case of public holidays.
Once the shipment leaves the warehouse and is handed to our logistic vendor, it will be the sole responsibility of the logistic vendor to handle, deliver and collect the amount from the customer. The customer will be liable for only the amount of COD mentioned on the airway bill.
The shipment will only be delayed if there is an issue with the payment in case of a paid order. If there is any issue with the authentication of a paid order, the customer will have to provide his or her original CNIC to the customer service.
All paid orders are subject to verification by 2Checkout or any other gateway, if the payment is found to be suspected of card theft, the order will not be dispatched until it is cleared by gateway.
