Following are the three cases for replacement or exchange.
- Customer doesn't like the quality of the article
- There is an issue with the size of the article
- The article is damaged or dirty
Customer doesn't like the quality of the article
If the quality of the fabric is not upto the standard or is doesn't live upto the expectation of the customer, he/she is entitled to either exchange or refund but the customer will have to send the article to the address that will be provided by the customer service.
There is an issue with the size of the article
If there is a size issue with the fitting of the article and the size chart wasn't available on the website then he/she is entitled to exchange or replacement. The customer will have to send the article to the address and the selected size will be dispatched after confirming with the customer. If we are unable to find the accurate size, the customer will be entitled to a discount code along with the shipping charged that were incurred by customer.
The article is damaged or dirty
If the article is damaged or dirty, the process will be same as that of a size change and customer will be entitled to a discount code along with the shipping charges.
Please note that items must be unused and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). Once the item reaches us, we will either replace or exchange the product or we will issue you a discount code through email or whatsapp which will be redeemable on your next purchase.
Please note that articles on 70% sale won't be replaced or changed. You can however be issued a discount code for the same amount of articles.
